This is my first time in René Jr online store. How do I sign up?icon

It's very easy. You just need to click on this link, enter your email adress in "Create an account" and provide the required data.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?icon

There is no problem. You must go to this link and introduce the e-mail account you used to sign up in René Jr. Once you have done that, you will receive an e-mail(*) with the instructions to activate your new password.

*If you haven’t received our e-mail in a reasonable time, please check your junk folder.

How can I find a product in René Jr online store?icon

You can easily find the items you are looking for in any of the following ways:
  • Writing the word in the search engine located in the upper left side of our website.
  • Using the menu, where you will find our products organized by categories.
  • Using the filters you will find on the left side.

How can I know if a product is in stock?icon

In the product card we specify its availability. Not all articles have immediate availability. Some products can suffer a delay because of stock shortage.

How can I subscribe to the Newsletter?icon

In the lower part of the website you can see a textbox called "Newsletter", in wich you must write your e-mail to subscribe and receive all of our offers and novelties.

How can I contact with the Costumer Service Department?icon

Do the product prices include shipping costs and taxes?icon

Product prices are in euros including VAT, not including transport, and are only applicable if the purchase is made through the website. For more information on shipping costs, visit this link.

How can I pay for my purchase?icon

To pay for the products included in the basket, you can choose from different payment methods. All information on this is in our payment section.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?icon

Our shipping deadlines vary depending on the geographical location. Delivery time will generally range between 8 and 20 working days. For more information, see our shipping section.

How do I know if my order is done correctly?icon

There are two ways to check if your order has been made correctly:
  • In the last page of the order there must be an order number with the following format : #000000
  • You should receive a confirmation e-mail around 5 and 30 minutes after your purchase.

Which is my order status?icon

From "My account" part you can track your order in any moment. You just have to click on “My orders”.

What shall I do if I receive a wrong or damaged order?icon

Let us know and we will arrange to exchange and/or repair the product immediately. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with René Jr assuming responsibility of the corresponding delivery costs for the return and new shipment.

Can I return the product?icon
